All wine to b ein by 1030 to allow early judging

Points will be given for presentation, clarity, taste and bouquet of wines
Presentation - NO LABELS
Wines must be shown in plain, straight-sided bottles of round section, punted, holding approximately one sixth of a gallon, without names, fluting or ornamentation and with white flange-topped corks.
Wines must NOT be fortified.
Actual exhibits will be tasted and no separate tasting bottle will be permitted.
Bottle must be filled within 2" of the cork.
If any exhibits are found to be adulterated, the penalty is disqualification.
