RULES OF THIS SECTION

All entries must be entirely the work of the exhibitor.

All exhibits must have been completed in the previous 12 months, (this to be strictly complied with.)

The Society cannot be responsible for loss or damage to exhibits during or after the Show.

Any exhibitor with entry fees valued at over £4 will qualify for an Exhibitor’s pass, if entries received

BEFORE Show Day, & accompanied by SAE.

Entries accepted from 8.30am to 10.45am on the day of the Show. Judging to commence at 10.50am PROMPT

Art work and any large items to be brought to the rear entrance from the exhibitor’s car park, (but this will NOT be a way through to the Show).

No exhibits to be removed before 4.45pm however,

exhibitors will be allowed into the exhibitors’ car park to collect their entries.

Entry fee: - 50p per item (all classes) .

HANDICRAFT CLASSES

Prizes: 1 st - £5 2nd - £3 3rd - £2

Special Prize: £5.00 - awarded to the exhibitor with most points from classes 900-906

£2 - awarded to the exhibitor with most points in classes 900-906
