NO BOXES ALLOWED ON TO SHOWGROUND OR CAR PARK BEFORE 7am

ONLY HORSE BOXES & VEHICLES WITH TRAILERS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE HORSE BOX PARK – NO ‘SINGLE’ CARS.

SHIRE HORSE BOX PARKING IN RESERVED AREA.

All drivers are asked to co-operate fully with the parking stewards

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHOW SOCIETY REQUIRES THAT VEHICLES & TRAILERS/BOXES USED TO TRANSPORT HORSES TO THE SHOWGROUND MUST BE CLEANSED IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO ATTENDANCE AT THE SHOW.

THIS IS A REQUIREMENT TO REDUCE ANY RISK OF SPREADING DISEASE.

The timetable in the schedule is approximate, and although the organisers will make every effort to maintain the timetable, the Council reserves the right to make any alterations as it sees fit.

HARD HATS THAT CONFORM TO CURRENT BSI STANDARDS MUST BE WORN BY ALL RIDERS WITHIN THE SHOWGROUND, WHEN MOUNTED.

All exhibitors should have public liability insurance

SAE ( minimum size 9" x 6.5") for return of numbers.

This Show is a qualifier for the BSPS Premier League - Open Show Pony, Open Show Hunter Pony, Open Working Hunter Pony, Leading Rein First Rider and Heritage.

The “B.S.P.S. Travel Trust Association Challenge”.

The highest placed pony that has not qualified for the 2008 Horse of the Year Show, in the appropriate class. If the highest placed pony has already qualified for the “B.S.P.S Challenge”, the qualification will be awarded to the next eligible pony. If after qualifying a pony qualifies for the 2008 Horse of the Year Show, it will forfeit it’s qualification for the “B.S.P.S. Challenge”.

B.S.P.S. “HARRY HALL” RIDER OF THE YEAR

The Best Rider in each of the following Open classes will be awarded a Best Rider Card and qualify for the final at the Summer Championships Show:- Leading Rein, First Ridden, 128, 138 & 148 Show Pony, 122, 133, 143 & 153 Show Hunter Pony, Nursery Stakes, 133, 143 & 153 Working Hunter Pony & Heritage.
