* Exhibitors in racing pigeon classes should sign the entry form to certify that they have complied with the current DEFRA regulations.

* All classes to be held under NPA rules.

* The Secretary reserves the right to amalgamate classes with less than 6 entries.

* Sorry – but no rail stock can be accepted.

* A complimentary entrance ticket will be sent to every exhibitor showing 6 or more birds,

please send SAE for this and ‘pen numbers’.

Entry fee: 50 pence per bird. Entries close Monday, 28th July 2008

All birds to be penned by 9.45am; Judging to commence at 10.00 am.

No birds to be removed until authorised by the Section Secretary.
