WORKING HUNTER Classes - TO COMMENCE AT APPROX 1100

This show is affiliated to the British Show Pony Society (BSPS) and all persons entering, competing or otherwise taking part in BSPS classes, whether or not members of the BSPS are subject to the Constitution and Rules of the BSPS, including the disciplinary procedures, and shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the BSPS.

All ponies to be over 4 years old.

This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Championship, Arena UK. 1st & 2nd prizewinners,if eligible,in classes77-80 and 1st - 3rd prizewinners in classes 83-85 will qualify.

77 NURSERY STAKES - Ponies not exceeding 133cms (13hh), rider not to have attained their 12 th birthday on 1 st January 2008.

78 WORKING HUNTER PONY - not exceeding 133cms (13hh), rider not to have attained their 14 th birthday on 1st January 2008.

79 WORKING HUNTER PONY - exceeding 133cms (13hh) but not exceeding 143cms (14hh), rider not to have attained their 17 th birthday on 1 st January 2008.

80 WORKING HUNTER PONY - exceeding 143cms (14hh) but not exceeding 153cms (15hh) rider not to have attained their 20 th birthday on 1st January 2008.

Championship : 1st and 2nd Prize-winners from Classes 78,79 and 80.

Winner to receive sash and shield presented by Mrs P S Hampshire.

The Champion will qualify for the BSPS “David Manning” Champion of Champions

The CHURCHFIELD TROPHY will be awarded to the local rider and pony residing within 5 miles of Emley Showground with the highest marks in the Working Hunter Pony Classes, presented by Mr & Mrs P Dixon

83 BSPS HERITAGE MOUNTAIN & MOORLAND OPEN WORKING HUNTER PONY

Ponies 4 years and over not exceeding 122cms, rider any age.

84 BSPS HERITAGE MOUNTAIN & MOORLAND OPEN WORKING HUNTER PONY

Ponies 4 years and over exceeding 122cms but not exceeding

138cms, rider any age.

85 BSPS HERITAGE MOUNTAIN & MOORLAND OPEN WORKING HUNTER PONY

Ponies 4 years and over exceeding 138cms, rider any age.

Championship:- 1 st 2 nd & 3 rd prizewinners from classes 83 to 85 will qualify for the BSPS Championships.
